Holly Squish (hollysquish.com) is operated by Armani Ali Enterprises, based in Illinois, USA. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Placing an order
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We ship to US addresses only.
3. Our products
- Our squishes are novelty toys for ages 14 and up. They contain small parts and aren't for young children.
- Never heat, microwave or puncture a squish. Keep it out of hot cars and direct sun. If it tears or leaks, stop using it and throw it away.
- Our products are toys. They aren't medical devices and aren't meant to diagnose, treat or relieve any condition.
- Product photos and demo videos are for illustration. Some demo videos are digitally created, and actual colors and small details may vary.
- The Snow Globe Squish ships in one of three styles, picked at random.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. Sales tax may be added where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item being unavailable. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

6. Our content
The text, photos, videos, logo and design of this site belong to Armani Ali Enterprises or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
7. Disclaimer
Apart from what we promise in our returns & refunds policy, our site and products are provided “as is,” to the extent the law allows.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't let us limit.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after we post them.
