Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states. We don't ship outside the United States yet.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There's no minimum.
Processing and delivery times
- We process orders within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email right away.
- When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
- Most orders arrive within about 7–14 days of being placed. During the holiday rush, carriers can add a few extra days.
Christmas delivery
To get your order by December 25, place it by December 5. We can't guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed after that date.
Where orders ship from
Your squishes ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which may be outside the US. If you order more than one item, they can arrive in separate packages on different days.
If your order is delayed
If we can't ship your order within the time we've promised, we'll email you with a new estimated date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it, email us at hello@hollysquish.com. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check around your door, with neighbors and with your local post office, then email us. We'll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't redirect a package after it ships, and we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
